We're looking for a designer who can take a project from concept through permit-ready drawings. You'll work directly with Tim and with clients to develop custom designs for ADUs, additions, and new construction across the Bay Area.

• Experience with residential design and drafting (ADUs a plus)
• Proficiency in CAD or similar design software
• Familiarity with California building codes and local permitting
• Strong communication skills — you'll interface with clients and city planners

This position is reserved for highly qualified candidates with an extensive background in residential construction and a proven track record of successful project completion.

• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Valid California contractor's license preferred
• Experience managing subs and reading construction documents
• Organized, reliable, and a clear communicator

Our projects demand clean, precise finish work. We're looking for a carpenter who sweats the details — trim, cabinetry, doors, built-ins — and takes genuine pride in a job done right.

• 3+ years of finish carpentry experience in residential construction
• Proficient with standard finish carpentry tools and techniques
• Attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
